Course Overview

This course is designed for Care and Support staff in various settings, including Housing Support Teams providing direct care. It offers a foundational understanding of mental health, exploring what mental health is, how it relates to diagnosed mental health conditions, and the connection between mental health, mental ill-health, physical health & overall wellbeing. 


This course aligns with current occupational standards, qualification frameworks, and key resources, including:
