Course Overview
Those working in the care sector are involved in record-keeping in various capacities. Although it may not always be viewed with enthusiasm, accurate record-keeping is crucial for several reasons. It underpins positive care, serves as evidence of good practice, and creates a documented narrative of an individual’s care journey.
This 3-hour training course is designed to guide and support health and social care staff in writing and maintaining appropriate and accurate records.
